Our membership year runs from June 1st to May 31st.

Our preferred method to receive subscription payments is via bank transfer. Please see bank details below (at the end of Application form).  Complete and submit form, once payment received you will receive confirmation of receipt from membership secretary.

Membership of Goring Residents' Association is open to all residents of Goring-by-Sea and anyone who has an interest in this area.


The benefits of membership are:

  • Your membership fee supports the work of the organisation and it’s ability to maintain, improve and protect the amenities of Goring, and also supports the maintenance of the website;
  • To receive our twice-yearly newsletter containing up-to-date information about key issues affecting your community as well as details of our social and charitable activities;
  • Attend events in our social programme, with discounted tickets for some payable social events and free entry for others.
  • Members with email contact details will on occasion be canvassed for their views, this is voluntary and will help support the GRA Committee’s perspective and decision making.

Our Data Protection Policy ensures that the personal data we hold for members (i.e. your name, address, phone and email) is handled and stored in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Your details will only be shared with your GRA Road Warden and members of the GRA Committee so you can receive communications from us. They will not be shared with any other organisation. The GRA is registered with the Information Commissioners Office.
